Delivery & Returns

As I’m based in Ireland, most orders are international. International delivery takes longer than domestic delivery, and it also isn’t trackable by default. If you want to be able to track your order, you’ll need to have it sent by registered post, so please make sure to select that option during checkout! If you do, you’ll receive a tracking code and the order will probably need to be signed for on arrival.

Delivery charges & packaging

Ireland flat rates: €1.50 economy, €2.60 upgraded, €8.25 registered post

Europe flat rates: €2.50 economy, €3.75 upgraded, €9 registered post

Rest of world flat rates: €2.50 economy, €6 upgraded, €9.50 registered post

Large prints and all orders over €15 ship free!

Economy orders are sent in a C5 envelope with sturdy cardboard backing. There are two delivery upgrades available: Upgraded orders are sent in a padded envelope with sturdy cardboard backing, and registered post orders are tracked and insured. Large prints are upgraded by default. I try to re-use or recycle packaging whenever possible to reduce the impact on the environment and keep packaging costs as low as possible.

Delivery time estimates

  • Ireland: 2-5 business days
  • EU: 3-10 business days
  • outside EU: 5-20 business days

These are estimates; delays are unfortunately always possible, especially with international mail. Please see here for a list of current postal delays to the countries I ship to. See here for details about current delivery restrictions.

Please note that I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages, which is always a (small) risk with standard post. I can’t accept any responsibility for the postal service. That said, if there’s a problem with delivery, please get in touch and I’ll work something out with you.

I aim to dispatch all orders within a day or two. If there’s a delay for any reason, I’ll be in touch and let you know!

There should be no customs charges on any orders, but if in doubt, please check your country’s rules and laws on the matter. I can’t accept any responsibility for customs charges or restrictions.


I double-check all items and packaging before I send it to make sure that everything is in order. If an item arrives damaged, please let me know and send it back so I can give you a refund or exchange it.

I accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To return or exchange an item, please contact me to arrange the details. I will only refund standard postage costs, and I won’t cover return postage.

You can also exchange items for other items of equal or similar value; please send me a message with details and we can work something out.

Because of the nature of these items, I can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Digital downloads that have already been downloaded
  • Items on sale

Delivery Restrictions

Due to restrictions on the postal service, tax laws, etc I can only offer shipping to certain countries. The Irish postal service has suspended delivery to some countries because of Covid-19, so I can’t ship orders to those countries at the moment.

United Kingdom

Since Brexit, I can no longer ship packages to Great Britain. Delivery to Northern Ireland is no problem. If you are in Great Britain and would like to buy something, you can do so via my Etsy shop. If there’s a specific product you want that isn’t listed on Etsy, just send a message on Etsy and I’ll arrange something for you!
